As a Freelance Senior Experience Designer at LifeFitness, I crafted and refined user flows to enhance usability and engagement across all Life Fitness digital platforms, including The Life Fitness App and Life Fitness equipment. This strategic approach resulted in a notable 30% increase in user engagement. Collaborating closely with a diverse team including designers, writers, researchers, product managers, data analysts, and engineers, I ensured seamless communication and collaboration throughout the design process. By conducting comprehensive user research, I gained valuable insights into user perceptions and interactions with the Life Fitness brand, guiding the development of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, I led cross-functional efforts to ensure the smooth tracking and accessibility of design assets, and spearheaded collaborative initiatives to align goals and execute A/B testing protocols efficiently.
